Speak 3 provide customer welfare, staff welfare, accessibility, lost property and are experienced safeguarding leads. With a wealth of experience within the team, we can also provide direction on a consultancy basis to support you to deliver excellence. 

As a team we take pride in delivering an exceptional level of care for every person we support. We are an experienced, non-judgmental team who maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. 

Customer welfare & customer service

We are experienced in providing welfare to customers at festivals, having worked at a range of festivals and events across England. This has included supporting customers who may need time to allow alcohol and/or drugs to wear off, providing a quiet space, support with mental wellbeing, reuniting lost friends, family, and children, and more generally answering queries, providing sanitary products, sun cream, and even clothes repairs! 

 

Safeguarding

We have a wealth of knowledge in safeguarding and are experienced designated safeguarding leads, having worked with vulnerable and at-risk children, young people, and adults.

 Through our experience we recognise and can effectively support safeguarding concerns on site and support staff to follow clear processes. 

 

Consultancy

We are also available on a consultancy basis to improve the overall delivery and customer experience at your events.
