We can support customers during the festival to access accessibility platforms, accessible toilets, communicate with British Sign Language staff, provide trader dietary information, charging for electric chairs, and support into and out of the festival for people who may have mobility needs.
We can provide a dedicated lost property service to reunite customers with their belongings on the same day. Alongside our welfare service, we work through a range of options to reassure and support customers to get home safely if they’ve lost bank cards, train tickets or phones.
